Sundargarh College of Nursing is an initiative of SOS Trust, having its branches SOS Pharmacy Institute, ANM, GNM, and B.Sc. Nursing College in different districts of Odisha. The institution is set up in a learning-oriented atmosphere quite away from the hue and cry of the different cities. Sundargarh College of Nursing, Rourkela is affiliated for Practical & Clinical Training at RGH, Rourkela & Vesaja Patel Hospital with an aim to provide facilities for the ambitious students to become successful in the field of Medical Science.
The promoting body has the mission of educating the youth who can not afford to go for higher education for several reasons, but are otherwise talented and potent. As a part of its mission the promoting body intends to bring out to surface the skill, the talent, the efficiency and the potency that are lying underneath in the local youth. its sole mission is to make the local youth qualified in medical science and efficient in meeting the challenges of life and liveligood.
