• Hostel authority have the full authority for inspection of rooms, personal belongings etc of the students at any time if required due to any case of suspicion.
• Intake or even possession of things like alcohol or any alcoholic beverages, sedative and narcotic substances , smoking , use of tobacco or similar substances , intoxicating substances such as non-prescribed cough syrups etc. is not permissible at any point of time and at any cost. Gambling in any form such as Playing Cards (even without money at stake),are prohibited.
• Any student/ inmate found of using such items will make himself/herself debarred from the scope of remaining within the hostel.
• Any other illegal / unlawful activities are strictly prohibited as mentioned under different legal provisions and laws of the land.
• Immediate Disciplinary action will be taken against-the inmate by the hostel authority if the same inmate is found guilty of committing such offence/crime.
• From the permission from the parents, Students can be allowed to go outside from 6 a.m to 7 p.m other than Institute. For which parents must send their outing details by text messages from their registered mobile number.
• The same has to be entered against the name of their which parents in the outing register
• Student/Inmate will not be allowed outside the hostel under any other circumstance other than the above mentioned condition.
• Student/Inmate is wholly and solely responsible for his/her own belongings such as cash, cell phones, luggage, jewellery etc. He/She is advised to keep his own belonging under lock and key and in his/her own custody.Hostel authorities shall not be liable for any kind of damage or theft.
• In case of any medical emergency, student shall inform the hostel authority instantly so that necessary arrangement can be made by the hostel authorities with due consultation and permission of the parent/local guardian
• Any expense to be incurred for immediate medical attention such as medical tests and first aid etc. are to be borne by the parent with submission of bills and vouchers by the Hostel Authority
• The same has to cleared by the parents within seven days of the date of bill. Parents are liable to pay the expenses incurred by the hostel for treatment.
• In case of any major medical attention as advised by the Registered Medical Practitioner of a Hospital / Medical College / Nursing Home ( Govt /Private ) of good repute, parents are allowed to take their child out of the hostel after due clearance of hostel bills and signing of hostel discharge register.
• Parents /local guardians can meet the students before 7 p.m on any day with prior intimation and permission from the hostel incharge.
• Students are not allowed to go other students room during study hour which is from 7 pm to 9 pm and strictly after 10.30 p.m.
• Strict silence will be observed between 10.30 p.m to 6.30 a.m.
• If any goods maintained/owned by the hostel is damaged/broken by the inmate then the concerned-student/s has/have to pay the fines as decided by the hostel authorities and the same has to be deposited within three days of the notice.
• Sticking of posters, defaming walls and hostel premises is strictly prohibited.
• Loud Music or making loud noise in the hostel is strictly prohibited in order to maintain decorum and the hostel neighbour friendly.
• Any problem regarding food, transportation, maintenance should be brought to the notice of hostel warden immediately for necessary action.
• Any type of electric appliances is not allowed in the hostel.
• For unlawful conduct of any student, hostel authority has the right to rusticate the student from the hostel and no refund shall be given under such circumstance/s.
• Disciplinary action will be taken against the inmate and the same will be brought to the knowledge of the concerned parents.
• Students should not make misuse Cell Phones, Lap tops .
• Parents/Guardians/Visitors can meet their ward in hostel with the permission of the hostel wardens before 7.00 pm.
• Male visitors are not allowed to visit girl student rooms.
• Students are not allowed to make union or community based on caste, religion or region.
• If a parent opts for staying with the child, He/she can stay with prior approval from the authority by paying additional charges.
• This will be allowed only with the condition that such stay does not cause any inconvenience to other inmates and the decision of hostel manger/warden is final in this regard.
• Special attention in this regard will be given during the examination period
• Students are not allowed to stay in the hostel during the college hours unless the stay is unavoidable due to illness or any other valid reason.
• Outside students / friends are not allowed to enter hostel premise.
• All Students must register their names in entry register while going outside.
• Hostel Authority shall not be responsible for any type of mishap when the student is out of hostel.
• Hostel Authorities shall not be held responsible, if the student takes any action which is under IPC section 309 due to mental stress, anxiety, obsessions etc.
• Students having major medical problems should be informed by the parents to the hostel authority by writing at the time of admission.
• Hostel will provide four times food at hostel premises for a specific time period, Students are advised to have their food during that defined period otherwise no request shall be entertained after that.
• A student seeking admission to the hostel has given consent that he/she is aware of the ragging law. Ragging is strictly Prohibited. If anyone is found guilty of directly/indirectly involved in ragging he/she will be punished/rusticated/ expelled/suspended from the hostel.
