Terms and Conditions
Applicable for all hostel inmates during their period of Stay at the Hostel as per the form
- Parent/Guardian have to make a non refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s hostel fees during the time of admission in the hostel.
- The same security deposit amount shall only be adjusted in the previous month of the NEET or JEE exam.
- Monthly hostel fees for the current month should be paid by 5th day of the current month, failing which late fee of Rs.505/- shall be levied from 6th to 15th day of the month.
- On Non payment of hostel fee on or before 15th day of the month, termination of hostel agreement shall be furnished.
- Students admitted to the hostel before 15th day of the month, inmate has to pay for the full month hostel fees. Those who got admission after 15th day of the month have to pay day wise hostel fees with y full months bed charges which is 40% of the hostel fee.
- There is a locking period of 8 months for staying in the hostel.
- After that one can leave by serving three months’ notice period. If anyone leave by not fulfilling above condition, then he/she has to pay monthly bed charges (which is 40% of the hostel fees) up to NEET or JEE exam date for which the student has been enrolled.
- In case of any medical issues or dissatisfaction over the service provided by the hostel He/She can-process to vacate the hostel with justified proof due verified by the appointed personnel .Vacant notice must be furnished with one month notice .
- In this case , the hostel authorities may allow for refund of the Security deposit after deduction of one month’s bed charges.
- Time taken for any refund will be within seven days-to one month.
- No deduction of hostel charges incase of periodical-absence from hostel. No request shall be entertained. Incase of any pandemic like situation-happens more than thirty days-at a stretch, inmate has to pay only bed rent mandatory.
